PRIVACY POLICY
Last updated: 20 April 2026
VlumeSocial is owned and operated by Wyler Marketing Ltd (company number 14047902), referred to in this policy as “we,” “us,” or “our.” This policy explains what information we collect when you visit vlumesocial.com and how we use it. We keep this short because, honestly, we don’t collect much.
What we collect
Information you give us. When you request a guide or other lead magnet, you provide your name and email address through a form on our site. If you book a call, Calendly collects the details you submit (name, email, and anything else you share in the booking form).
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. This includes pages visited, approximate location (country/region), device type, and referring source. This data is aggregated and not used to identify you personally.
How we use it
We use the email address you submit with a lead magnet to send you the resource you requested and to follow up with related emails about our services. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in the footer of any email we send. We use analytics data to improve the site and the content we publish.
Who we share it with
We don’t sell your data. We share it only with the tools we use to run the site and our business:
• Kit(email marketing — stores your email and sends our messages)
• Google Analytics (site analytics)
• Calendly (call bookings)
• Vercel (website hosting)
Each of these providers has its own privacy policy governing how it handles data.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to stop using it for marketing. To make a request, or for any other privacy question, email us at info@wylermarketing.com. You can also unsubscribe from emails directly using the link at the bottom of any message we send.
Cookies
On your first visit we show a banner asking whether to use Google Analytics cookies. If you reject, analytics storage stays off. You can change your mind at any time using the “Cookies” link in the footer. Calendly may also set cookies when the booking widget loads. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings at any time.
Changes
If we update this policy we’ll change the date at the top. For material changes we’ll note it on the site or in an email.
